Welcome to the Wellness Department
The Wellness & Fitness Department mission statement is, “to provide superior wellness & fitness services, that enhance the quality of life, to our community.”
We have missed you! The Wellness Department has been supporting FDIHB, Inc. COVID-19 response efforts since March of 2020. We are excited to announce that on October 3, 2022, the Wellness Center will begin opening to community gym users that had memberships before COVID shut down the country in 2020.
Currently, we are focusing on re-registering members in our new gym membership software, Club Automation. We would like to invite you back into the Nihi Dine’e Ba Wellness Center to update your profile and complete paperwork for your account. We will be accepting walk-ins and an appointment will not be necessary. Please set aside plenty of time for your visit especially if you have a friends and family plan. If you have a friends and family plan pre-COVID, we will need updated paperwork on all members any time before you plan to begin using your membership.
Things to keep in mind:
- The fitness area will be operating at a 25% occupancy limit, we are limited to less than 50 people in the gym at one time.
- There may be limitations on equipment and machines for sanitizing purposes.
- Masks are required while you are in the facility.
- No open Volleyball or Basketball until further notice.
- Group Fitness classes will be offered at a limited capacity.
Also, do not forget to check the rest of the Wellness page for FAQ and other important exercise resources! Come back regularly, as we will continue to provide updates on reopening and services.
